A few years ago, my daughter was taking dance classes and, of course, needed some dance shoes. So, what did we do? Naturally, we went and bought her whatever the dance studio had available. They, of course, had one style available in one color and were were stuck with it.
I don't know if Zappos was around back then or if the site could have just used some better promotion. Regardless, I wish it would have been around back when my daughter was in dance and needed a pair of dandy shoes. The same goes for that brief period she needed some ballet shoes and gymnastic shoes for other classes she got interested in (and subsequently quit -- maybe some better shoes would have kept her going).
Hey, Benton, Ark., isn't the dance capitol of the world, so dance shoes aren't exactly easy to find outside of a dance studio. So you don't get a whole lot in the way of selection.
However, Zappos is Internet-based and can ship to anywhere (for free, no less). Trying to figure out which shoes are the best ones for your needs? The consumer reviews on dance shoes at the site are very convenient. And, hey, you've got competitive prices, to boot (pun intended). Check them out.
