Worried about health insurance?

Unless you've been hiding under a rock for the past decade, you know that the availability of affordable health insurance is a major problem here in the United States.

Back in my lawyering days, I had no health insurance at all. Why? I thought I couldn't afford it. That was a mistake, folks, as I learned after having surgery and spending a couple of nights in the hospital. I learned an expensive lesson back then -- not having an affordable health insurance plan around is no fun at all.

I honestly should have looked around a bit because there are some good plans to be had. Which ones are worth considering and which ones are not? Well, there's a site dedicated to affordable health insurance (click that link, kids!) that is a great place to go to get some questions answered and do some research.

If you're uninsured, paying too much for health insurance or don't have enough coverage, you owe it to yourself and your family to do some research.
