  1. Not very wordless, being that it is a song, but it was nice to listen to nonetheless.

    Happy WW!

  3. OMG!!! I actually like this one. In fact, I think I may love it. Does this mean that "the end" really is near???

  4. Elizabeth -- Well, wordless in that I didn't write anything, at least.

Kelly -- And, by all accounts, the Undertones remained decent fellows throughout their career. Just a likable band.

FishHawk -- Nah. That particular song is just almost perfect. The Undertones really outdid themselves on that one and it deserves the classic status it has.

    Glad you liked it!

Karen -- Yeah. Just a flood of memories every time I listen to that particular song.

  7. Early 70's? I thought I had at least heard of all of the rock bands of the sixties and seventies, but I'm stumped on this one...

  8. Don:

The Undertones showed up in the late 1970s and were lumped in with a bunch of punk bands. They're Irish, horribly underrated and had a knack for writing catchy, loud stuff. Here's another one -- My Perfect Cousin(check out the bass player at about 50 seconds into the thing -- funny).
