My daughter, Brenda SueCarol, turns eight-years-old today (Dec. 10) at exactly 4:35 p.m. CST. My wife and I are amazed that she's growing up on us. Here are some "then and now" pictures of Brenda and me.

Bonny:
I think she gets it from my wife ;)
Aww - sweet photos!
I never get to see my baby photos with either of my parents - they were all destroyed after several typhoons battered our house long time ago.
Happy Birthday, Brenda SueCarol!!

Happy Birthday Brenda SueCarol!

They grow up too fast.
You can see the love! She is so precious!

Hawg, you do good work! Happy Birthday, Brenda. Make a really good wish before you blow out all the candles!!
Happy Birthday, Brenda SueCarol!
My birthday was last week, so we're both Christmas babies!
By the way, Hawg, yer lookin' good!
Sreisaat -- What a horrible loss! That, honestly, is a shame.
Pamibe -- She had a good one, to be sure.
JD -- Thanks! I'm not too fond of my balding head, but I do like the photos taken of Brenda and me together.
Shinade -- And, she's showing signs of growing up tall and thin. I'm Southern. I've got a shotgun. It will probably be used to intimidate hormone-crazed teenage boys one of these days.
Karen -- I'm fond of her. Believe it or not, that little girl owns me.
There's a shock, huh?
Lynne -- I love those photos. I was looking through a pile of them last night and noticed that we're both smiling and having fun in all of them.
That, right there, is the reason to become a parent, I think.
Silly Willy -- I've always thought of her as precious and, fortunately, there is a lot of love between us. It's been that way since the day I first held her in the hospital.
Matt -- Heh. Again, I attribute her looks to her mother (she got my high Scottish forehead and impish air, however). I do hope she made a good wish, too.
Paul -- Thanks. I tend to focus on the lack of hair in all those photos, however. And, late happy birthday to you!
I turn 40-years-old in June. Yeah. I'm looking forward to that...
happy birthday brenda
enjoy your birthday
