Wordless Wednesday -- brand new AC/DC

Yeah, that's right. AC/DC has a new album, Black Ice, coming out on Monday, Oct. 20.

That band hasn't changed in 30 years. Thank goodness for that. Why should AC/DC mess with the formula when the band's unique brand of kick-assery works so well? Here's the official video for "Rock N' Roll Train." Enjoy and make sure to visit the other Wordless Wednesday participants by clicking right here.

LOL...this band isn't of my generation. Ya, I'm that old. But I bet my adult kids are gonna jump all over it on its release.

My wordless is a linked image this week...all for fun. Just click on it.
HAPPY WORDLESS WEDNESDAY.

I've heard about five tracks from the album on the radio, and as a big AC/DC fan I have to say I'm disappointed. It all sounds like a muddled mess to me. Hopefully the other tracks are better.

hootin' anni -- I'm right in that age bracket to love that band. Loved your pumpkin carving submission for Wordless Wednesday, by the way.

daisy -- I believe the correct phrase is "Most excellent, dude!" I took a look at your Wordless Wednesday posting, too. Oddly, I love the hot dog one...

Da Old Man -- I hope the wife and I are both rocking on when AC/DC comes to Little Rock in January. Tickets go on sale Saturday -- figure I'll pick up a couple.

Gumby -- I like what I've heard so far, actually. But I'm heavily biased -- I do miss the days of loud, nasty guitars, strangled vocals and a relentless swagger than vanished about the time people started cutting tracks together with digital editing and a bunch of other crap.
